Think in a loop
The Will system is easier to learn as four steps: obtain Will, store it, use it in the Hellfire Forge, then improve how efficiently you collect and carry it. If a recipe refuses to run, check the Will requirement and storage state before assuming the recipe is wrong.
Separate crafting stock from field stock
Keep one storage item or supply near the forge and another for exploration. This prevents a crafting session from draining the resource you expected to take into the field, and it makes troubleshooting much easier.
Scale only after the loop feels stable
Advanced Will mechanics add more depth, but the basic loop should feel automatic first. Build a reliable collection method and a tidy forge station before expanding into specialized interactions.
